My professional journey began with an unexpected promotion from intern to the youngest-ever technical director at Google, following my mentor’s departure. This early leap set the stage for a career characterized by innovation and leadership.

After my time at Google, I delved into the Wat Way project, demonstrating my versatility and capacity for technological innovation. My career took a significant turn upon discovering the Agile Manifesto, which ignited my passion for agile methodologies. In my roles as a Coach, Scrum Master, and Transformation Leader, I bring a blend of energy, humor, and strategic insight, making each project not just a success but an enjoyable journey.

In 2019, I decided to explore new horizons, moving from the Parisian cityscape to the charm of Belgian waffles, and soon after, embarking on what was meant to be a brief stint in Morocco. The pandemic extended this to four years, during which I didn’t just bide my time; I thrived. I built Wemanity’s Moroccan branch from the ground up, turning it into a bastion of agility and innovation with 75 professionals and over 30 leading clients.

My tenure at Apple added a prestigious layer to my career, blending my engineering skills with strategic product insights. At Apple, I contributed to integrating professional services into Apple Maps, a project that not only showcased my technical and leadership abilities but also emphasized my knack for bridging technology with user-centric solutions. This experience was instrumental in refining my approach to tech innovation, further fueling my desire to merge AI with agile practices in my current role at Infosysta.

Now, as I look to the future, my focus is on revolutionizing the tech landscape by synergizing AI with agile methodologies. My journey is a testament to the power of innovation, adaptability, and visionary leadership.
